NXT Level Plus is a high quality, fiber reinforced, pumpable, cement-based, free-flowing self leveling floor underlayment for use in leveling interior plywood, OSB, gypsum and concrete substrates. It’s rapid setting formula produces a flat, smooth and hard surface for the installation of finishing flooring in as soon as 12 hours.  

NXT Level Plus self leveling floor underlayment is incorporated with Microban® antimicrobial product protection to fight the growth of stain-causing mold and mildew in the underlayment. It’s a suitable surfaces for most finished floor goods and can be used in a variety of applications such as: commercial, retail, healthcare, education, residential, hotels, offices and more. The rapid curing self leveling formula allows finish floor goods to be applied quickly, as soon as 12 hours after placement and is walkable in 2 to 3 hours 

  • It’s fiber reinforced providing additional flexural strength 

  • Free-flowing self leveling underlayment smooths existing rough concrete, gypsum based substrates and plywood/OSB (without the use of metal lath)
